Pro Plus
Pro Plus is the entry point: invoicing, expense tracking, basic reports, and support for 1-3 users depending on the license. It covers what most small businesses need day to day.
Premier Plus
Premier Plus adds industry-specific editions and reports — contractor, retail, nonprofit, manufacturing and professional services versions all exist under the Premier umbrella. If your business has reporting needs specific to your industry, Premier is usually the better buy over Pro for a similar price gap.
Enterprise (Silver / Gold / Platinum)
Enterprise is built for businesses that have outgrown Pro or Premier — it supports up to 30+ users, much larger company files, advanced inventory features, and (from Gold upward) built-in payroll tools. We carry three tiers:

- Gold — up to 5 users, adds payroll tools, our best-value Enterprise tier.

Which One Should You Buy?
As a rule of thumb: choose Pro Plus if you are a small, general business; choose Premier Plus if your industry has specific reporting needs; choose Enterprise once you have more than 3-5 users or your company file has grown large and slow.
